What can you do today to relieve teachers’ stress?
We’ll give you an overview of employee stress, its causes, and solutions to make your school a better place to work.
As a school director, you will learn about your employees’ stress situation, burnout risk, stress symptoms, causes of stress, and employee suggestions for reducing stress. All this across different positions, e.g. (1) class teachers, (2) teachers who are not class teachers, (3) support specialists, and (4) management. We will show you these results in comparison with your own school, as well as the average of other schools. You will receive the results in the form of a visual and clearly understandable report that is easy to use to initiate actions.
By taking the stress survey, an employee, whether a teacher, support specialist or a member of management, will receive an immediate overview of their burnout risk and stress level compared to statistical norms, on four stress dimensions. These are the level of exhaustion, mental distance, emotional impairment and cognitive impairment. In addition, the employee will have access to information material that will help them interpret and understand their results. In addition, the employee will receive a six-point list of recommendations to immediately and independently start improving their stress level if desired.
The price for the organization is €7.9 + VAT per employee who completes the survey. The final price is determined after the survey is completed. Based on the number of respondents, we issue an invoice accordingly.
Example: A school has 100 employees. Within two weeks, 70 employees complete the survey. After that, we analyze the results and deliver the report along with the invoice.
Price: 70 * €7.9 = €553 + VAT
