Our survey stems from new research from one of the top universities in Europe (KU Leuven, Belgium). It is scientifically valid in ~30 different languages. The survey makes it possible to determine the risk of burnout at a glance based on science.
Our recommendations for team managers have been developed by legitimised psychologists with extensive experience in workplace stress.
Step 1
Survey
We distribute our scientific survey to your employees every quarter. The survey consists of 23 questions and takes less than five minutes to fill in. Workplace stress is the sole focus of the survey. All responses are anonymous!
Your employees get access to their results right after completing the survey. Possible results are (1) No risk of burnout, (2) Risk of burnout and (3) Very high risk of burnout. The last two indicate that the employee is experiencing high workplace stress.


Step 2
Data & analysis
We analyse the data and distribute the results to HR and your team managers. Team managers get a written report for their team, whilst HR receives a report for the entire company.
Our analysis includes a time series analysis of your employees’ stress and burnout levels and a comparison of your various business units/teams/departments.
We process and store data according to GDPR rules and legislation.

Step 3
Actions
Based on the results, your team managers receive a list of recommended actions for employees who need immediate managerial support. Our recommended actions include nine options your team managers can explore with their employees.
