Jag är legitimerad psykolog med examen från Karolinska Institutet (Master of medical science with a major in psychology) och arbetar med mina klienter med kognitiv beteendeterapi, KBT. Jag har tidigare erfarenhet av att arbeta med patienter med svår ångest och depression, såväl som med andra typer av problem som stress, grubbel och sömnproblem. Efter att länge ha arbetat inom näringslivet, både som anställd och entreprenör, är jag också väl bekant med problem och funderingar kopplat till karriär och arbete.
